The New Scope and Full Scope Tim Hortons programs include a 10 year Refresh Renovation and a 20 Year Full Renovation. The updates completed range depending on the scope selected. The 10 Year Refresh includes exterior upgrades as well as interior finish updates to all public areas, service areas, washrooms and interior furnishings. The Full Scope program has a larger format and includes a complete redesign of the public areas, service areas, washrooms, back of house, in addition to updating the exterior.
