Positioned in Toronto’s Bloor-Yorkville where high-street fashion meets haute couture, this multilevel renovation and expansion project proves everyone’s a winner. The 40,000 sq. ft space creates two side-by-side retail spaces for Winners and HomeSense. HomeSense, compact in size, has inset accent floors, an exposed concrete ceiling and features brand walls with bulkhead and lighting fixtures. While Winners has a custom upholstered seating section in the shoe area, a runway feature landmark for designer merchandise, and a lower level lobby space. Both share interior and exterior dual brand signage.
